Position: Project Manager (Special Projects)
Location: Based from our Head Office in Rotherham, but National travel required
Contract type: Full Time
Rate: Up to £55,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to join Exemplar Health Care as a Project Manager (Special Projects) tasked with helping implement projects as part of our Estates Team across our network of homes.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for creating and implementing initiatives, for example improving our energy efficiency or rolling out new lighting in our homes.

About you
Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
You’ll also have a strong background in construction and/or facilities management. We are looking for someone with/who:
- Proven previous contract management experience
- Property/facilities management experience
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and practice
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages
