His broad remit spans strategy, quality management, and business excellence, with a focus on ensuring that people living in our homes receive high standards of care and colleagues have the best possible employment experience.

Experience
Before joining Exemplar Health Care, Steve was Managing Director of {my}dentist.
His previous senior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive at Circle Health, the AIM-listed, employee co-owned hospital group.
Earlier in his career, he was Supply Chain Director for Argos and Supply Chain Director for Scottish Courage.
