Selina Wall is Managing Director at Exemplar Health Care and a trained Learning Disability Nurse with more than 30 years' experience in social care.
She leads commissioning and operations across our existing homes and the development of new services.

Selina leads the Commissioning Team and Core Operations Team, spanning our core homes and the acquisition and development of new care homes.
She is the Nominated Individual with CQC and holds the Authorising Officer role with the Home Office for Sponsorship.
Selina is a passionate advocate for the Exemplar Health Care values, which are central to her management style – especially ‘Fun’.
Experience
Selina started her career through an apprenticeship-style scheme before training as a Learning Disability Nurse.
Before joining Exemplar Health Care, she held a number of director-level roles in children’s services and adult specialist care.
In 2017, she received an award with Wiltshire Constabulary for her work supporting one of their clients.
