Lindsay Morris is Programme Director at Exemplar Health Care.
A Registered Nurse (RGN) and experienced health and social care leader, she brings more than 30 years’ experience across nursing, care home management, operations, and senior leadership.
At Exemplar Health Care
Lindsay joined Exemplar Health Care in 2021 as Regional Director of Operations, overseeing a group of care homes across South Yorkshire, East Riding, and North Lincolnshire.
Today, as Programme Director, she leads an organisation-wide programme to strengthen multidisciplinary working across our services.
The programme brings together operational, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioural expertise, helping teams work together effectively to provide coordinated, person-centred care for people with complex and co-occurring needs.
About her time at Exemplar Health Care, Lindsay shares:

Lindsay adds:

Experience
Lindsay qualified as a nurse in 1991, beginning her career as a Staff Nurse on an elderly care ward in Rotherham before developing experience in communicable diseases, with a particular focus on HIV and AIDS.
She went on to work across the care sector in roles including Registered Nurse, Deputy Manager, Home Manager, Director of Nursing, Operations Director, and Managing Director.
Lindsay has also owned and managed a care home and ran a consultancy supporting care homes to improve. Her career combines frontline nursing experience with extensive operational and senior leadership expertise.
