Elizabeth advises colleagues on legal matters including the acquisition and construction of new care homes, information governance, safeguarding, and regulatory matters.
She leads the Legal Team, which advises on acquisitions and development, shareholder and partnership agreements, funder contracts, and healthcare regulation, including matters involving CQC.
Elizabeth also chairs the Raising Concerns Committee and Information Governance Committee, and has been involved in developing the organisation’s corporate social responsibility strategy.
