Charlotte joined Exemplar Health Care in 2021 and leads the organisation’s commissioning and operational development strategy.
She’s overseen the delivery of more than 35 new complex care services nationwide, supporting the organisation’s growth and its ability to meet increasing demand for high-acuity, community-based care.
Experience
Charlotte has more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare, with extensive expertise in care delivery, operational leadership, and commissioning new services.
Throughout her career, she’s held senior roles including Care Delivery Director, Regional Director, and Developments Director, working with healthcare organisations including Saga Healthcare and Allied Healthcare.
Qualifications
- Masters in Dementia Studies from the University of Stirling, with learning applied to evidence-based practice and design
- APM Project Management Qualification
- Training in change management
