As Head of Audit and Regulation, Ceri leads a team of auditors and analysts who work closely with operational teams, care homes, and regulators to identify trends, provide assurance, and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
With experience spanning operational leadership, service improvement, regulation, and governance, Ceri is passionate about creating person-led services, supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality care, and ensuring the people we support remain at the heart of decision-making.
