Andy Teare is an experienced recruitment leader who’s passionate about finding the right people to make every day better at Exemplar Health Care.

As Head of Recruitment, he leads the safe recruitment of colleagues across our care homes and Central Support Services, covering roles from frontline care and nursing, to management and office-based positions.

Andy joined us in 2022 after building his career in healthcare recruitment, initially with leading agencies and, more recently, within internal recruitment teams in the care sector.

Career highlights

Graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Business Economics and Finance before beginning his career in recruitment.

Helped significantly reduce Health Care Assistant and Registered Nurse vacancies across Exemplar Health Care’s home network.

Continued professional development by completing the Leaders 4 programme, strengthening his leadership skills.
