Reference requests
To request a reference for an ex-colleague, please contact the care home or team they worked in directly. If that's not possible, contact our Enquiries Team (above) with the following information:
- name of colleague
- the name or address of the care home/office that they previously worked at with Exemplar Health Care.
Failure to provide this information may result in delays.
