Preview at Brook View sees local stakeholders tour new Liverpool care home

We recently hosted a second preview event of our new care home in Liverpool, Brook View. 

Attendees saw how far the development of the home has come since the hard-hat event earlier this year. A number of health and social care professionals and relatives of potential service users were given a tour of the home by several representatives from Exemplar Health Care.

Guests were shown both floors of the home to see shared communal living areas and bedrooms. A bedroom was presented in full to show how residents might use the space following their arrival.

Alongside the tour, Home Manager Paul Bradford and representatives from the Business Development Team were present to answer any questions from attendees.

We’re thrilled that initial feedback is overwhelmingly positive about the space and layout of the home, with many commenting of the woodland views from several rooms.

Paul Bradford, Brook View Home Manager said “I’m delighted that we were able to show our nearly completed home to healthcare professionals and families at our recent preview event. During the earlier stages of development, the vision for the home isn’t always as obvious, so it was great to show an example bedroom on our tour.

“We’re still in the process of turning the site from a building into a home, and our newly recruited team are excited to welcome residents and support them in personalising their rooms in the coming weeks.”

Brook View is situated in the suburb of Fazakerley and will be our second home in Liverpool. Kavanagh Place opened in the city over 10 years ago. The home is scheduled to launch in mid-September with the first residents moving in between August and September.
