Great leaders make a difference. That's why we've launched our Leadership Pathway, helping colleagues develop their skills, build confidence, and take the next step in their careers.

Whether you’re thinking about becoming a manager or already leading a team, there’s an opportunity to learn and grow at Exemplar Health Care.

Our new Leadership Pathway offers training and development for colleagues at different stages of their careers, from aspiring managers to experienced leaders.

Leadership development for every stage of your career

The pathway includes four programmes, each designed to help colleagues build the skills they need for their current role and future career.

Each programme includes seven modules, combining face-to-face training, coaching, learning with other colleagues, and opportunities to put new skills into practice at work.

Accelerate – for experienced managers

Build skills in coaching, managing difficult conversations, and leading change.

Inspire – for senior leaders

For Regional Directors, Heads of Department, and other senior leaders.

Focus on strategic planning, leading change, and developing high-performing teams.

Supporting colleagues to achieve their ambitions

Rob Coxon, Director of Exemplar Health Care Academy, shares why the pathway is so important.

Our pathway isn’t just about training; it’s about transforming the career prospects of our colleagues by empowering them to become exceptional leaders who can drive positive change and deliver outstanding care for the people we support.”

By helping colleagues develop their leadership skills, we’re creating more opportunities for people to progress their careers while continuing to provide great care.

Whether you want to develop in your current role or work towards your next opportunity, we’re here to support you.
