About the People Management Skills programme
The programme is for both existing and new colleagues moving into a management or supervisory role.

Exemplar Health Care’s People Management Skills programme has been certified by the CPD Certification Service as conforming to continuing professional development principles. This is the third of the company’s in-house training programmes to achieve the accreditation.

The People Management Skills programme is for existing and new colleagues moving into a management or supervisory role. It supports learners to identify and refine their leadership style, develop their emotional intelligence and acquire the skills to bring out the best in people.
We’re proud to announce that, following a rigorous accreditation process, the programme has been given the sought-after certification by the CPD Certification Service.
This is the third of the company’s in-house training programmes to achieve the accreditation, alongside the ABC of Caring and Leadership and Management Programme which both achieved accreditation in 2020.
