Care assistant Michelle Pass celebrates 20 year milestone working at Longley Park View

Exemplar Health Care’s longest serving team member Michelle Pass has celebrated an impressive 20-year milestone after working at our Sheffield specialist care home, Longley Park View for 20 years.
Michelle, a care assistant at Longley Park View, has worked at the home for 20 years, and is impressively Exemplar Health Care’s longest serving team member across the company’s 2600 work force.
Exemplar Health Care marks its 20th year anniversary in 2019, and Michelle is one of the first team members to receive this year’s long service awards.
To celebrate her achievement, Michelle was presented with a long service certificate, 20-year badge and special gift by Exemplar Health Care’s HR director Lynne Waters and Home Manager Carol Berry in front of some of her colleagues.
Michelle’s amazing achievement has seen her grow within the company, enjoy career development, and has provided excellent care for Longley’s residents to help make their day, better every single day.
She said: “Longley Park View is like a family to me and to receive an award for the job I love, is incredible.
“I am so thankful to everyone who I work with, including our home manager, Carol Berry. It is an absolute honour to work with amazing people, care for our residents and to meet their families.”
