Exemplar proud to announce Service User Christmas Card competition winners

Service users from across Exemplar’s homes have been getting in to the Christmas spirit early this year and have put their arts and crafts skills in to best practice for a special Christmas card design competition.

Led by Exemplar’s Service User Engagement Team, all homes have been involved in designing their own cards and now the winning designs will be professionally printed and turned into Christmas cards to be sold in all Exemplar homes.

As well as each winning home receiving £100, the winning design from each region will be sold in all Exemplar homes in their region. This will mean that each home that sells the cards will raise money for their own home’s activities fund.

To help pick the winners, Exemplar’s Service User Council came together to pick their favourites and card designs from each region were picked as winners.

The winning entries have come from Scotia Heights, Thames House, Eastlands, Ravensdale and Dearnevale.

Exemplar’s Service User Engagement Manager, Sophia Feurtado, said: “I was so impressed with all of the entries – they were all great and were so creative. It was fantastic to have so many designs to look through and to show them all to the Service User Council.

“I’m looking forward to seeing the final produced versions of the cards and see them in the homes.”

“Thank you to everyone who entered!”

Well done to everybody who contributed to creating some fantastic Christmas card designs, and congratulations to the winners!

The cards have now been delivered to each home within Exemplar, and are on sale for you to buy a pack today!
