Coffee morning at Bridgewood

Bridgewood Mews got involved in in Macmillan’s biggest coffee morning to help raise money for the charity, by baking cakes and taking part in the Brave the Shave challenge.

Stuart Safe and David Bissell Care Assistants at Bridgewood Mews volunteered to have their legs waxed by their colleagues to raise money.

Also Samantha Davies and Mallory Garratt very bravely faced the chop!! By having their hair cut and shaved. They donated the proceeds to the Macmillan and the Princess Trust.

Lorraine Westwood administrator at Bridgewood Mews said: “ Staff and residents all made cakes and we all enjoyed eating them! A great day was had by everyone.”

The home raised £101.00 for the MacMillian.
