Our staff deal with difficult situations every day, but when a resident says thank you for the hard work and care they provide it makes it all worthwhile. That’s what happened when a resident at one of our homes wrote them a thank you card after they had cared for them when they were taken ill which read:
“To everyone who helped me. Thank you for all your kindness, patience and skills. You all played a key part in getting me through that difficult time- you should all give yourselves a pat on the back. You gave me more support and better care in that short time than I have ever received. I will never forget that. Thank you.”
