Top 20 carehome.co.uk awards for Dearnevale and The Lodge

The Lodge Home Manager Teena Binns and residents celebrate becoming the highest-ranked care home in Sheffield

Colleagues and residents of two Exemplar Health Care homes are celebrating today after being recognised as some of the top care homes in Yorkshire and The Humber.

The Lodge, in Swallownest, has been crowned the top care home in Sheffield, according to happy residents and family members who have rated the home 10/10 on the Tripadvisor of care homes, carehome.co.uk.

Dearnevale in Grimethorpe has also been recognised as one of the top 20 care homes within the Yorkshire and Humber region for the second year running, based on reviews and recommendations from families, friends and residents.

Both homes scooped a ‘carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Award’ – an accolade that highlights the most recommended care homes in the UK.

Dearnevale and The Lodge provide specialist nursing care for younger adults who live with very complex needs.  Ranked as the most recommended care home in Sheffield, with an enviable rating of 10, The Lodge provides dedicated specialist nursing care for those living with learning disabilities. Dearnevale, who have an impressive rating of 9.9 on carehome.co.uk, provide specialist nursing care for those living with neuro-disabilities, brain injuries, mental health conditions and progressive conditions such as Huntington’s disease.

Recognition from carehome.co.uk highlights Exemplar Health Care’s dedication to providing excellent care, and to be acknowledged by family members and those close to our residents, is a testament to Dearnevale and The Lodge.
