Exemplar Health Care launches ‘Every Day Letters’ campaign to encourage letters from local children

At this challenging time, our residents would love to receive post. Exemplar Health Care has launched an ‘Every Day Letters’ campaign to encourage school children and their parents to send letters, poems and drawings to people living in our care homes.

We have 32 homes in Yorkshire and the Humber, the North West, North East and Midlands, who would all love to hear from you.

Some of our homes have already received lovely letters and drawings, which has really brightened up their day.

Here are some ideas to help you get started:

• please tell us your name and the town or city where you live
• tell us what you’ve been doing for fun over the past few weeks
• tell us about some of your favourite things to do, for example if you play sport or video games
• tell us about your pets
• write a poem
• tell us a joke or funny story
• send something motivational for our colleagues.

When you’ve written your letter, please take a picture and send it to everydayletters@exemplarhc.com, and tell us the name of the town or city where you live.

We’ll send this to your local care home who will read them out every day.
