Exemplar Health Care is celebrating a third 'Outstanding' rating at Fairwinds, our complex needs care home in Rotherham

Exemplar Health Care’s ‘Fairwinds’ complex needs care home secures ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating.
Fairwinds, one of our complex needs care homes in Rotherham, has achieved an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
This rating from the care regulator places Fairwinds in the top five percent of all nursing homes in England.
Fairwinds is now Exemplar Health Care’s third ‘Outstanding’ care home. Exemplar Health Care’s Greenside Court and Dearnevale in Barnsley also hold the CQC’s highest rating.
Fairwinds received the regulator’s highest rating for its ‘Outstanding’ performance for its caring and responsive service.
‘Exceptionally positive’
“The atmosphere throughout the home was exceptionally positive,” the CQC report noted. “People received exceptionally good support which assisted them to build confidence to develop independent living skills and staff were committed in ensuring people lived as full a life as possible and went the extra mile to achieve this” added the CQC report.
