We’re looking for land and property opportunities across England for new Exemplar Health Care homes.

Site size and capacity

Sites between 0.9 and 2 acres, suitable for a 30–40 bedroom care home of approximately 2,200–3,000m².

Locations across England

Urban and suburban locations, ideally located close to local amenities and with good transport links.

Flexible site opportunities

Land with or without planning permission, as well as buildings suitable for refurbishment, demolition, or redevelopment.

Development options

Sites within mixed-use or regeneration schemes, as well as unconditional purchases where planning risk is low.
