Early Onset Dementia Support for the early onset of dementia

Caring for the person, not pandering to the illness

Dementia can affect anyone, at any age. It is why we look at each person and each condition individually. If an elderly care setting is not right for them or doesn’t meet their needs, we’ll find, or even create the ideal environment.

The vast spectrum of dementia disorders can often present challenging and unpredictable behaviour. Our staff are trained to identify and passively defuse such behaviour. So whatever the symptoms, our focus is always on a person-centred approach to care.  We recognise that the person, and not the illness is our priority.

Early on set dementia can include:

·    Korsakoff Syndrome

·    Lewy Bodies

·    Picks Disease

·    Charles Bonnet Syndrome
