Help people build their confidence, independence, and quality of life through a Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy role.
From improving mobility to building daily living skills, you’ll help people achieve outcomes that matter to them.
Working in our Therapy Team gives you time to make a meaningful difference. Physiotherapists support movement and mobility, while Occupational Therapists help people build everyday skills and take part in meaningful activities.
No two days are the same. You could carry out assessments, create person-centred therapy plans, deliver interventions, or adapt support.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to maximise each person’s independence.
Our Physiotherapists assess people’s needs, and develop person-centred care plans to improve movement, mobility, and independence. You may deliver manual therapy, education, exercise programmes, monitor progress, and adapt interventions when needed.
You’ll also use specialist aids and equipment safely, supporting colleagues, individuals, and families to use them with confidence.
Our Occupational Therapists assess people’s strengths and challenges, then develop person-centred care plans that support independence. Often you’ll focus on self-care, leisure, and productivity, helping people build everyday living skills and take part in meaningful activities.
You’ll monitor progress, adapt interventions, and use specialist aids and equipment safely.
"It's a really rewarding role. You get to follow a resident’s journey and actually see the progress.
"Once you've developed relationships with residents, all you want to do is improve their day to day living.
"It's why I do what I do."
Seeing someone regain a skill, reach a personal goal, or become more independent can be incredibly rewarding.
One of the most fulfilling parts of working in our Therapy Team is seeing the difference that personalised support can make to someone’s everyday life.
We’re also honest about the challenges. Progress isn’t always straightforward, and supporting people with complex needs can require patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt your approach. That’s why clinical judgement, empathy, and resilience are so important.
The good news? You’ll work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team and receive the support, training, and resources needed to help people achieve outcomes that matter to them.
