Vetting & Recruitment Administrator

£20,000 per Annum

6 months fixed term contract with a strong possibility of going permanent

Ferham House - Rotherham - S61 1AJ - remote working during Covid-19

Working hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility needed)

You will be responsible for the safe and compliant vetting of all colleagues joining our new care homes opening in 2021, including but not limited to DBS checks, work history checks and reference checks.

Exemplar’s goal is to open all new care homes at a level of “Good” or “Outstanding” with the CQC so your new role will be pivotal to ensuring all new colleagues personnel files are at this very high level.

Ideally you will have worked for in health care recruitment before, either in-house or with an agency, either way a good level of compliance checking is essential.

As stated above the working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday but near the opening date of the homes some flexibility may be needed.
