Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager

Location – Rotherham S61 1AJ

Hybrid working approach with a minimum of 2 – 3 office days per week

Salary – up to £50,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced recruitment leader to join our business at an exciting time of continued growth and execute change strategies which will transform our recruitment model to the next level.

As Talent Acquisition Manager at Exemplar you will play a vital role in ensuring that managers and candidates receive the very best experience as you lead a team of recruiters who oversee the end to end recruitment process and adopt a wide range of advertising, sourcing and attraction methods which place Exemplar at the forefront of applicants minds and meets the talent needs of our business. 

You will apply your in-house recruitment experience to design and deliver recruitment strategies and action plans to ensure successful recruitment of all posts, playing a vital role in developing nationwide relationships with other care providers and agencies, talent spotting management level roles to create a fluid market map of recruiting opportunities.

The recruitment strategy operates as a key element of our overall talent strategy and as such you will work closely with our Head of Learning, Culture and Engagement to align the identification of external Talent and developing internal Talent.

About You

You will be passionate about recruitment, striving to improve the experience of those around you at all times, including your direct reports, team members, candidates and recruiting managers.

You will have previous experience of leading strategic change to demonstrable success in an in-house recruitment management role including attraction, selection and process improvements.

You will have an ability to interpret and present recruitment data which leads to ways of working which achieve KPI targets.

Strong relationship building and excellent interpersonal skills will be amongst your strongest traits, you will love working as part of a team and leading others to achieve success.

Whilst healthcare experience is desirable it is not essential for this role.
