System Implementation and Support Manager
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum
Contract –to cover maternity leave until August 2024 with possible extension
Hours – 40 hours
This is an exciting time to join Exemplar Healthcare. We are a rapidly expanding healthcare company with our support services based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Our community-based homes and OneCare services provide person-centred care and rehabilitation that focuses on maximizing independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible. We currently have 43 Care Homes and have an exciting growth plan to open 8 more by the end of the financial year, with further plans for growth over the next 5 years.
The primary purpose of this fixed term contract will be to roll out a digital care management software to a cluster of homes as part of a wider central function. An integral part of the Transformation team, the post holder/s will be one of the critical roles performing a conduit between change delivery, change receipt and benefit realisation. Responsible for the implementation of new care home systems and technology. Working closely with change team colleagues, developing and delivering solutions and that ongoing use of solutions is optimised. The role will require travel across our portfolio of homes so we are looking for someone who is a car driver/owner and someone that lives within a 30 minute drive of any of our homes in the portfolio. The role is hybrid/remote with a mixture of home working, work in the homes across the portfolio and meetings at head office in Rotherham so someone with easy access to these locations is essential.

About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- A working knowledge of central function processes
- Experience of providing systems training to end users in a distributed workforce
- Excellent command of MS applications such as Word Excel and Outlook
- Experience in a clinical or care setting is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in delivering digital care management software in a residential care setting would be an advantage.
