Position: Registered Nurse Willowbeck complex needs care home in Sheffield specialises in supporting adults living with complex mental health needs, neurological conditions including brain injuries and strokes, and physical disabilities. The team is trained to support those living with tracheostomies and require ventilated care. The home has 80 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across seven units Our Nurse-led team has the skills and expertise to support people with complex needs including prolonged disorders of consciousness and behaviours of concern, and those who require tracheostomies, ventilators and PEG feeding tubes. We support people on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure setting to community-based living. We also provide long term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.

About Willowbeck
Willowbeck is a specialist care home that supports up to 80 adults living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.
The home has seven small units, each with its own specialism. In a care or nursing role, you’ll usually work on one of our units so you can get to know the people you support and develop the clinical skills to support their complex needs.
Our units include a mental health unit for those who identify as male, a unit for those with nursing care needs such as tracheostomies and PEG feeding tubes, and a unit for people with high functioning mental health.
