Salary: Up to £18.20 dependent on experience per hour + £1500 welcome bonus

Blackmoor is a specialist nursing facility currently being built in the Tile Cross area of Birmingham – due to be opened in September 2021. The home has 30 ensuite bedrooms, across three, 10 bedded units.  Each unit has a communal lounge, quiet lounge and dining areas. Further facilities include; large gardens, a community hub, sensory room, multi faith room, salon, therapy room and overnight guest room (for visiting family).

We operate an in-house, multi-disciplinary model of care, which includes Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and access to a full behavioural support team. We provide active rehabilitation, community integration, and a high quality of supported living for those who reside with us. Our approach to nursing focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible, which means that you’ll be delivering truly person-centred and holistic care in a community-based home. Our Nursing/Healthcare Assistant ratio is amongst some of the best in the UK, with this home’s average ratio being 5 Healthcare Assistants to each Nurse.

We are seeking Registered Nurses, particularly RMNs, to join our team.
