Commissioning Registered Nurse - Bank
Location – Liverpool (L9)
Salary - £17.21 per hour
As a nurse with fabulous clinical and people skills you have a unique opportunity to join our new Brook View home where you can expect progression opportunities, bespoke training and support from our clinical and behavioural teams. We are not a standard nursing home but we provide bespoke person centred care and our staffing level means we are able to go the extra mile every day.
Our newly opened home provides unique care for up to 32 adults with a range of complex needs including neuro-disabilities and mental health conditions. We expect nurse support worker ratio to be 1 nurse and 5 or6 support workers to 10 residents, dependant on the individual need of the person in our care.
Acting as a named nurse
Administering, reviewing and monitoring medications
Assessing care needs
Putting together care plans and reviewing them as and when necessary
Supervising the care team to ensure that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently
Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
You need to be passionate about what you do, and that means leading by example. You’ll need to be well organised, be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions, whilst working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You should be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations.

What do we ask of you?
You will be a registered nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN and will have a valid NMC pin.
You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care to our service users.
