The home has two small units, Tyne Grange is not your average care home – you will be supporting younger adults to live their life to the fullest; including daily trips and outings to community settings and leisure activities.
Tyne Grange opened in 2020, so you’ll play a key role in supporting the home to achieve its first positive CQC rating. The home has an average rating of 5 out of 5 on carehome.co.uk.
