Nurse Talent Specialist 
£20,000 per Annum basic salary plus up to £20,000 per annum bonus
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading nationwide provider of complex health care, where you will play a pivotal role in recruiting nursing colleagues into a fast growing, dynamic and forward thinking company providing complex care to 800 service users across 32 Homes.
Through delivery of high quality direct sourcing and head hunting, you will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, vetting and retention of the very best future talent of nurses, unit managers and clinical nurse managers for the business. You will part of a team of specialist advisors who drive a right first time end to end recruitment philosophy.
Due to the nature of this role, and to capture only the best possible talent of nurses this is not your average 9 – 5 role and does require a great deal of flexibility.
