This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading nationwide Private Health Care provider, where you will play a pivotal role in recruiting management level colleagues into a fast growing, dynamic and forward thinking company providing complex care to 800 service users. Through delivery of high quality direct sourcing and head hunting, you will ensure the recruitment and selection of the very best future talent of managers and leaders, being the specialist advisor to the business to ensure a right first time recruitment philosophy at senior levels.

£30,000 per Annum basic salary plus bonus, OTE £38,000 - £42,000
