Our home provides care for up to 18 adults with a range of complex needs including neuro-disabilities and mental health conditions, although smaller than some homes, the care we provide is no less than that of the larger Exemplar homes. Care and activity plans are built for each service user, tailored to their needs and likes. We ensure the goals set are achievable; the service user is happy and remains as independent as possible.
Working with families, professionals and most importantly our service users, we build care and activity plans around individuals encouraging service users to be happy and develop their skills is important. We want to ensure they are working towards their goals, and gain a sense of achievement.
