HR Coordinator 


Position: HR Coordinator 
Location: Ferham House, Rotherham, S61 1AJ 
Contract type: Full time, 40 hours 
Rate: £25,719 per annum


This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing organisation as a Human Resources Coordinator. 

In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Human Resources (HR) team and support with all aspects of HR documentation including people and business data.

About the role 

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • developing and maintaining a variety of data information, utilising electronic systems and data sources
  • undertaking complex data analysis trends and metrics and manipulation to produce statistical information to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • supporting the provision of HR dashboards, monitoring of HR metrics and analysis of trends
  • assisting in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences
  • organising and maintaining the Intranet, shared drive and updating forms and policies as needed
  • maintaining knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work as well as maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
  • assisting with the coordination of resources to ensure completion of work within tight timescales.
  • administering the company benefits platforms and packages
  • administering the monthly colleague checks including maintaining the pre-employment checks for Central colleagues
  • supporting and administer the company sponsorship scheme and employment right to work checks 
  • supporting in the updating of key personnel systems to ensure that they are kept up to date and maintained
  • processing contractual changes and organising the associated administration. 


About you

As a HR Coordinator with Exemplar Health Care, previous HR experience is essential, preferably across a variety of disciplines.


You’ll also:

  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal
  • be able to exercise sound judgment
  • retain the highest degree of confidentiality
  • demonstrate a sense of urgency while delivering fast paced results
  • have solid problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, be self-motivated is essential
  • have strong analytical skills.
