About the Home
As with all Exemplar's homes, Otterburn has a firm open door policy. We encourage friends and family to visit at any time and play an active role in the service users life - we want to make sure our service users have the best possible quality of life.
Service user forums are held every eight weeks, allowing everyone to share their views on activities and put forward any ideas for the future. Social activities are part of a healthy and balanced life, our services users participate in many group and individual activities dependent on their personal interests.
Our Values express what it is like to work in our organisation and our colleagues should make these a part of everything we do:
Exemplar provides the highest levels of quality care and that means care for our colleagues as well as the people in our community homes, we are taking every possible steps to minimise the risk of Coronavirus (Covid-19) across our homes.
We’ve implemented a number of precautionary measures, and are closely monitoring the Government’s guidelines and advice, to ensure your safety should you start working at Exemplar Health Care.
