Hillside Court has 41 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across four units. The home has communal dining and living spaces, sensory bathrooms, an activities hub, therapy room, consultation room, visitors suite and a large accessible garden.

Complex care at Hillside Court

As a complex care home, Hillside Court supports adults whose placements have previously failed. Our high staffing levels allow us to build trust and work at the pace of the individual, which leads to improved person-centred and longer-term outcomes.

The people we support at Hillside Court are deemed to display behaviours that are ‘too complex’ for mainstream nursing and care providers.

For many of our service users, we’re successful in achieving a significant reduction in behaviours of concern and use of observations within 12 weeks of stay.
