Quality & safeguarding
Quality is our absolute priority. We ensure that our service users receive the highest quality care at all times.
Our systems, our processes and our training are aligned to ensure that we get better every day at what we do. Our quality is reflected in the ratings our homes achieve and the endorsements we enjoy from health professionals and condition-specific charities and support organisations.
We aspire to achieve positive outcomes for both service users and staff.
Our priorities for driving quality are to:
- Deliver safe and secure services
- Ensure required standards are achieved and exceeded
- Identify, share and ensure delivery of best practice
- Identify and manage risks to quality of care
- Invest in our staff through education and training
- Ensure a positive experience to all those who use our services
- Maintain and monitor compliance with regulatory external bodies
